MEET BREESHA:

When you meet Breesha, you may notice a new down to earth approach to therapy that you’ve never experienced before.  Breesha walks the walk when it comes to providing a strengths based attachment approach in all her interactions with her clients and her team of Primary Therapists.  As the Executive Director of Clinical Services, she empowers her clients to identify and achieve their goals, while also overseeing a team of twenty-four caring, evidence-based therapists in downtown Lancaster.  Breesha’s mission is to provide supportive therapy with therapeutic models that help clients make changes in the direction they want to go.  Breesha holds space for discussing your trauma history, opening up about your sexual history, and discussing topics that may be sensitive in nature.  Breesha helps take the shame and guilt out of discussion around topics that all too often go unspoken.

Sun Point recruited Breesha Comish to lead our Clinical Team as she exemplifies the clinical brilliance, compassion and commitment to oversee our team and meet the mental health needs of Lancaster.  Ms. Comish brings a wealth of knowledge to lead training programs, comprehensive supervisions and provide personalized individual and couples therapy.  She is intentional in wearing a clinical hat that is sensitive to providing culturally competent therapy and addressing LGBTQ+ concerns and encourages vulnerability in her therapy room.  Clients can count on Ms. Comish to create a safe and judgement free space where together they'll co-create personalized goals to help them move forward.  She is an active therapist, meaning she will supportively and compassionately intervene on unhelpful patterns she notices, and support clients in the creation of new patterns.
